An interactive website where young people in Tayside can get health related questions answered honestly and correctly. It is ANONYMOUS & CONFIDENTIAL! It offers reassurance, encouragement, information and advice on any health related issue as well as signposting to appropriate services. Its target audience is young people aged 12-26.

Penumbra’s Nova Project is a peer support scheme which encourages people with mental health problems to get involved in their community and offers flexible support to enable them to do so. Staff work with people in the city and surrounding area, helping them to access mainstream activities.
