A direct telephone line for council services and can deal with all general enquiries, requests for services, complaints and payments for some council services.

8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.  Outwith these times an answering service is operational, giving details of emergency arrangements and allows you to leave messages.

Weekdays – 4.30pm to 9.30am, Weekends – 4.30pm (Friday) to 9.30am (Monday), All public holidays are covered on a 24 hour basis

Anyone in Angus and Dundee City who has an urgent problem or crisis can call the service.  This may be someone experiencing problems with children, families or those receiving or requiring a community care service.
